I have been planting flowers all week. The Dr has given me orders not to drive or fly since the Bizzare experience on our return flight from Chicago last Sunday afternoon. I feel punished in a way by not being able to drive or fly, but I do need to rest. Tammie has been the "Resting Nazi." She has even called home while away to make sure I have behaved myself.
I am so grateful for all the concern, and prayers that have made all the difference. More information is available on Tammie's blog: www.tammieh.blogspot.com.

The Memphis-Germantown Art League gave me the Spectrum Award this year at our annual Spring Exhibition Dinner. It is a recognition given for making a difference. It is so nice to have people say nice things, but lots of people worked together the past 2 years to make the art league run so smoothly. We have had lots of laughs, and celebrated lots of wonderful art. FUN!!

The Wolf Creek ski trip was a great experience for first time skiers, Cathy and Noah. The flight back was uneventful with the exception of 220mph ground speeds, a good mexican lunch in Ponca City and a flight time of 4.5 hours. What a great lifestyle!
