This has been a busy ski season for Joe and me. We went to Steamboat for 5 days of skiing, and one with Steamboat Powdercats in the back country of Buffalo Pass in December. I'm talkin' real powder skiing with avalanche gear. The Powdercat guides provided lots of encouragement and great food. We depended on the Lord for the great scenery and deep powder. Last week I skied 5 days with John French and Bob Etheridge at Grand Targhee and Jackson Hole, Wyoming. We attacked the mountain's 30 and 40 degree double black diamonds with attitude equal to the altitude. My reaction was to do a painting of a skier with her hair on fire in "The Powder Room." Enjoy!!!
