I saw this little red shedd on Mackanac Island last summer. I thought the long shaddows of early morning brought serenity to the quiet scene. The open door gave me pause as to what mysterious items were hidden inside. The little redbird doesn't care. He is enjoying the last few drops of water in the birdbath that have been protected from the heat of the day by "Mackanac Shaddows."
